Very unreliable service, little to no communication. Unfortunately this was a terrible experience to start off the new year. Our Cherokee had an appointment for HVAC service on the mor communication. Unfortunately this was a terrible experience to start off the new year. Our Cherokee had an appointment for HVAC service on the morning of Jan 3. We dropped the car off at abut 7:30 in the morning, After not hearing from the service center for the rest of the day - We tried calling to get a status update later in the afternoon. It took over an hour to get someone on the phone. At this point they hadn't even looked at the car. Over the next 10 days, we struggled to get someone to answer the phone or even call us back. After we were told numerous times that the part was going to show up by a certain date, it never showed up and the arrival date continued changing. We picked up the car 10 days later without any work being done on the car after continually not being able to get anyone to answer the phone. More
