I am absolutely horrified at the lack of service in the Service Dept!! After all of the negative reviews I have read regarding the Dealership as a whole, over the years, we decided to give them a try and Service Dept!! After all of the negative reviews I have read regarding the Dealership as a whole, over the years, we decided to give them a try and we had a wonderful experience with Oliver McIntyre who was a great Salesman and the only reason we walked into the dealership. 2 Jeeps later and after writing a glowing review for Oliver, I now find myself on the complete opposite side of the spectrum. We scheduled a service and diagnostics for the passenger airbag in my husband's Wrangler 4xe, this appt was on Monday 8/5 at 10am. We left the vehicle there Sunday night and we have yet to hear from them, over 48 hours later!!!! This is absolutely outrageous and unacceptable!!!! I have placed several calls, this morning I gave up after being placed on hold for 17 minutes. My husband is still waiting for a call back on Monday when they said "we may not get to it today". So you couldn't get to it Monday, or Tuesday and it is now almost noon and my guess is you won't get to it today either. Why make appointments??????? I called and left a message for the Manager, I emailed several people in the service dept and ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!! I am giving them 2 hours and then I am picking up the vehicle, calling the Better Business Bureau and never stepping foot in this dealership again! I work in customer service and I would be fired if I didn't return phone calls or emails or their vehicle!!!!!! But nope... just keep providing GOD AWFUL service! You have lost my business!! Funny how you can't submit it unless you rate it! It deserves NO stars!!! More
