My Jeep had an emergency issue and I was fortunate to have been able to limp into the dealer without an appointment. Unfortunately, it happened right before the Christmas holiday. Dropped vehicle off Dec have been able to limp into the dealer without an appointment. Unfortunately, it happened right before the Christmas holiday. Dropped vehicle off December 23. Left my Jeep with them (as it was undrivable), but they were unable to schedule my service until January 6th. Received vehicle back January 9th. Repairs successful but expensive. Understandable that I had no prior appointment and it was the holiday season, but between December 23 and January 3rd, I called 5 times and left messages and no one returned my calls. I also found a ding with chip on passenger door that was not there before. Service team was pleasant, courteous, and knowledgeable and Jeep received clean. Hopefully repair issue remains resolved. My 2022 Challenger picked up another nail on the road somewhere resulting in a slow leak. Fortunately, for this kind of tire repair, I don't need an appointment.
