Went for a oil change. Had an appointment for 10:30 am. the service representative told me the service department closes at 5 pm. must pick up car by then. I went to the Had an appointment for 10:30 am. the service representative told me the service department closes at 5 pm. must pick up car by then. I went to the service department at 4:47 pm and they said the car was still be worked on. I asked them if the car would be ready by 5 pm and I didn't come down to pick my car up when was the services department going to call me as I am about 15 minutes away. This isn't the 1st time I brought my car for service that it took so long. one wait 3 hours for the oil change. Also when making appointments it takes at least 2-3 weeks to get an appointment, Hyundai makes a good car but I will not buy another car at Rockland Hyundai due to the service department as I believe there is not enough mechanics or areas for the mechanics to work. More

Bought brand new Palisade from this dealer. Less than 18K miles later the tires are totally bald. sales experience = 5 stars. Sales person = Luis Olivier Jr. Finance person = Luis Olivier Sr. General Mgr = Fausto saw an ad for 0% financing, msrp only and $500 rebate. Lu Sales person = Luis Olivier Jr. Finance person = Luis Olivier Sr. General Mgr = Fausto saw an ad for 0% financing, msrp only and $500 rebate. Luis Olivier showed me a few car models on the lot, narrowed down the model and trim and then delivered on the terms in the ad. no haggling, no long negotiations. In addition, the paperwork and insurance binders were taken car by him in a very fast manner. in 2 hours traded in my car, had my insurance, and closed out financing and drove off the lot w/ my new car... Finance processed the contract. no pressure to up-sell like extended warrantees, etc. i bought 2 other cars in 2022 and those dealers and finance people spent hrs trying to up-sell....not hyundai rockland. they were fair and honest in the sales and finance department. from a service department the car is new so we will have to wait but that is no reflection on Luis Jr and Luis Sr. More
