A horrible place to buy cars I walked into this dealership expecting to get a used car that was listed on their site. When I got there, the associate (Gervais) walked us through I walked into this dealership expecting to get a used car that was listed on their site. When I got there, the associate (Gervais) walked us through the lot on a cold day only not to find the car. Then he had us drive to a different location a few minutes away to find the car instead of looking in the database himself. We got there and there was no car. We returned to the dealership and he decided finally to ask his manager. We waited, and at this point had been at this location about an hour and a half. Normally, we probably should have left at this point, but my son and I like to give people the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately, we were way too lenient with them and they pretty much pushed a new car on us. We figured the value of the new car would be good enough to be worth it, especially since the associate told us we'd be able to receive 0-0.9% APR on the car. Of course, after we already paid the down payment and proceeded to go to the financier, she gave us a rate of 5%. Only after we made her check again did we get a rate of 3.99%. At this point, we had invested so much time at this dealer that we just went through with the sale. Money is just money, honestly, but having integrity is huge. I will never come to this dealership again. More
