Absolutely the worst customer service and quality of work I have ever encountered. I contacted the dealership through the internet and michelle Scalise promptly contacted me back and she was amazing through the whole sale process. Although she doesnt normally work in this store she s michelle Scalise promptly contacted me back and she was amazing through the whole sale process. Although she doesnt normally work in this store she still went out of her way to help me and although there were alot of problems throughout the sale, if not for michelle I would have gone elsewhere. After this experience If I was to get another Hyundai I will drive to valley stream to Deal directly with Michelle instead of the people I had to deal with. Especially the sales person who couldnt make the time to deliver my car to me and sent someone else to do it because he was too busy test driving with other customers. More

All of the salesmen are pathological liars you can get no relief by talking to the managers because they taught the salesmen to lie!! it must have taken 12 hours over 4 visits to get the car i wanted at the price we agreed on. the manager finally agreed to a price, then had the nerve to add 700 dollar advertising fee then a 300 dollar something else fee.. then when the finance guy Mike wrote the contract he slipped in 1200 in charges. after several calls to Hyundai consumer affairs they made things right My sister is handicapped and we needed place close to home, it would have been easier to go to Korea and get the Sonata direct from Hyundai DO NOT GO TO THIS SICK HILLBILLY DEALERSHIP.... THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY LIBERTY HYUNDAI IN MAHWAH IS GREAT horrible/ tortous / absolute nightmare More
Made service reservation by e-mail--got appointment within 2 days at convenient time. Had a transient check engine light illuminate. Also had regular service which had been originally scheduled for within 2 days at convenient time. Had a transient check engine light illuminate. Also had regular service which had been originally scheduled for next week done. Got full explanation of computer readout and tests--got service done and was not charged--it counted as last service on 2 year 24K plan--no need to show any cards or registration--I had expected to pay! Got car washed and vacuumed gratis. All folks I have dealt with at this dealership have been pleasant both when originally buying car and at all 5 service appointments. I always wait for the car, and have gotten service done in reasonable time. I have no complaints at all. More
Sales people (even the finance manager and the big boss) are rude, stupid and arrogant. They don't even know what they talking. They blame the other dealerships for the things they don't know. This is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. They are inexperienced, rude, ignorant and lack any sort of customer service etiquette. One of the owners could not even speak English and was difficult to understand and he had difficulty understanding me. Not to mention was very rude!! Quite frankly I am surprised they are still in business after reading all the negative remarks. If you buy a Hyundai...dont get it from Hyundai of Rockland because then you will be stuck with ignorant behavior. More

We purchased a Hyundai Santa Fe from this dealership and had a decent experience and deal. Shortly afterwards, it became a service nightmare due to the integrity of this dealership. They are down-right dishonest and misleading. offering a great service package and then attempting to make money by lying to customers. Our headlight headlamps have been replaced over 4 times in the past year. These headlamps are supposed to be functional for numerous years and normally for the life of the car. They have clearly been causing problems and not conducting services properly. Because we got a good deal previously, we also attempted to negotiate for a 2011 Sonata. The salesperson, Michael Toone, was not conducive to a fair and respective sales environment. He was unwilling to negotiate because he felt "jipped" on his previous deal and simply did not understand the bargaining process. That day he lost a customer and was a bad reflection upon Hyundai. Our experience with Hyundai of Nanuet went from great, to highly disappointing.... More
honestly, i had no complaints. i was in one night and out the next day with a new car. so far i love my car. The salesman, carl, was able to help me one, two, three. Reggie, one of the salesmen in the financ the next day with a new car. so far i love my car. The salesman, carl, was able to help me one, two, three.
