So I saw a commercial for a Nissan Sentra for $169.00 a month which was perfect for my budget! I’m so happy that I have been able to consistently get a vehicle from Rockland Nissan and receive excellent customer service each and every time. Between Tim O’Keefe and Bernie Drexler I am able to continue to purchase vehicles from Rockland Nissan knowing I’m in good hands. Just as promised I was able to walk out of Rockland Nissan with a Nissan Senta for the advertised price of $ 169 a month! Thank you Rockland Nissan!! More

Finance Manager refuses to contact me after filing out an application for credit with John Giuso over a month ago, Was told that Daniel Negron his manager would contact me the following day regarding my application status. To date Daniel has not reached out to me with my status. I went there in person sat for over an hour no one came to talk to me. I left numerous emails and voice messages for Daniel to this date I have never heard back from him. I am very disappointed in the service. I can't say customer service because they refuse to allow me to be a "customer" . More

I said a few days from then I would give him a call with my decision for possible purchase. A few days later I came back with my family unprounced at the dealership I went to see the trucks. I went to the showroom Mr.Elkholy was there and asked me if I wanted to see all three Nissan Frontiers. He escorted me with all three keys and explained all options in the trucks with my family. He let us check out and sit in all three. wanted .A few days later I purchased the the one. He had the Nissan Frontier gassed up fully , prep ,and paper work ready to go. GREAT JOB. NO HASSLES.
