The staff were polite and helpful. We came in the last day of the month when dealerships are usually trying to make their end-of-month sales. Terrible dealership! Hides warranties and won't give you a bottom dollar even when asked multiple times. Kept us waiting for over 4 hours and slipped in a warranty that was not asked for said it was only $1 a bottom dollar even when asked multiple times. Kept us waiting for over 4 hours and slipped in a warranty that was not asked for said it was only $15 dollars more, but they had already added it in. Hide the warranty with the gap insurance so you can't get your money back! Don't go here!! Update: My sister thought they were going to correct the problem. The guy she spoke to seemed very nice. They said they would pay her back $2000 for one of the warranties and give her $750 for her trouble, but that she had to stop the bank from paying the warranty place for the $4500 warranty or call the warranty place. That was a lie and the only reason they gave her $750 was a bribe for her to pull her bad review from the BBB website. They wouldn't cut the check until an email confirmation had been presented. My sister called the bank and the warranty place and both said she had to go to the dealership. She has tried to call and no one is responding. This place likes to scam people, bribe and lie. More
