Great sales experience with Riley all went smooth. Not too happy that the dealership experience so far. Waiting on service on Certified Pre-owned-windshield washer does not work and unwilling to negotiate too happy that the dealership experience so far. Waiting on service on Certified Pre-owned-windshield washer does not work and unwilling to negotiate at all on only having one key fob and no valet key. Not sure yet if I would recommend them. Appointment tomorrow on the windshield washer-will see if it costs me to have all safety items working on a Certified Pre-owned vehicle. No charge on the windshield washer, they said it works and it did when I picked it up. But two days later in horrible weather-they don’t work again. Not sure if they just filled it with water and it’s frozen. Will have to wait until we have warmer weather and just carry a spray bottle in my car until it is figured out. Not sure how I feel about this dealer yet. More
