Late in the evening and exhausted by a day spent shopping for cars, we pulled into Rocky's place in Colorado Springs with the expectation to "just look" at one car. As we had an appointment with a another dealer we had used closer to home, we expected to only spend a short time at Rocky's; that changed when their ace Shamon Taylor took the time to show us a vehicle of interest. Mr. Taylor knew the car, the business, and demonstrated patience and competence in answering our many questions. As opposed to other brokers, Taylor did not pressure the sale, and his laid-back demeanor facilitated conversations and our understanding of the vehicle. To our surprise, and after a superior experience with the Rocky Mountain team, we made a decision on the spot to purchase the vehicle! Rocky's team expertly walked us through the process, and in a short time, we were owners of a fantastic Acura RDX.
