Late in the evening and exhausted by a day spent shopping for cars, we pulled into Rocky's place in Colorado Springs with the expectation to "just look" at one car. As we had an appointment with a another dealer we had used closer to home, we expected to only spend a short time at Rocky's; that changed when their ace Shamon Taylor took the time to show us a vehicle of interest. Mr. Taylor knew the car, the business, and demonstrated patience and competence in answering our many questions. As opposed to other brokers, Taylor did not pressure the sale, and his laid-back demeanor facilitated conversations and our understanding of the vehicle. To our surprise, and after a superior experience with the Rocky Mountain team, we made a decision on the spot to purchase the vehicle! Rocky's team expertly walked us through the process, and in a short time, we were owners of a fantastic Acura RDX. We found the price of the vehicle, the professionalism of Mr. Taylor, and the expert facilitation of the Rocky Mountain sales team far superior to many of the past experiences we have had purchasing vehicles over the last several decades. Update- my prior review was good. After having my vehicle for a month we already had to replace the oil pressure sensor, and prior to purchasing I had asked to have the left rear tire checked out because it for a month we already had to replace the oil pressure sensor, and prior to purchasing I had asked to have the left rear tire checked out because it was super low. They had come back saying it was fine. We’ve had to fill it up once a week then today that tire all of a sudden went flat. Looks like there was a nail in it and the head finally sheared off, overall not satisfied that the tire wasn’t properly looked at. Instead of actually looking they took the cheaper route. Can add this to another list of dealers I wouldn’t go to, oh and another thing to add. There was a crispy mouse in the engine bay chilling under the engine cover.
