David was awesome! My mom and I pulled up and David was the first person to greet us. After telling him what I was looking for he made suggestions and let me test drive My mom and I pulled up and David was the first person to greet us. After telling him what I was looking for he made suggestions and let me test drive the ones that got my attention. I fell in love with a Landrover and drove it home after a few hours. David is funny and personable. We were at the dealership for a little under 4 hours, but it didn't feel that way because we were laughing and talking almost the entire time. I had an excellent experience! Three or four years down the line when I'm ready for a different ride, I'll definitely be back and looking for David again! Ivan, the finance guy, worked great magic! I didn't get to spend a lot of time with him, but he was very helpful, patient, and personable during the time I did spend with him. More

Terrible Customer Service Bought a 2016 Altima SL from them waited for them to forward paperwork to New Mexico, once paperwork arrived had to have a VIN inspection since I am o Bought a 2016 Altima SL from them waited for them to forward paperwork to New Mexico, once paperwork arrived had to have a VIN inspection since I am out of state. When inspected it would not pass inspection due to the fact that the vin number on dash had been tampered with. Had to do a secondary inspection that cost me $20, called and ask to speak to the GM, he was out talked to some young person who said he would have GM call me, no call back. Emailed GM with photo, no call no return email. Will not darken their door if they gave me a car. Poor customer service, no response regarding this serious issue. Terrible. More
