Amazing service I must say that it was my very first visit and when I announced what vehicle I wanted, I did a test drive and fell in love with a 2008 Saab. At first I must say that it was my very first visit and when I announced what vehicle I wanted, I did a test drive and fell in love with a 2008 Saab. At first it was a little rocky because I had another vehicle financed, and Rocky Mountain was a little wary of that fact. Charlene asked if I wanted a different vehicle and I told her "Nope, this is the only one I want". She looked at me, got up walked over to the finance group, and after a few minutes came back and told me they're working some things out. A total of 5-6 hours (start to finish) I was clearing out my trade-in and getting into my new car all the while Charlene was giving me tips about better sleep, well-being, and overall treating me like a human being. If I ever need another vehicle in the future or know someone that's looking I will recommend Charlene all day every day. More
