Best sales experience I've ever had I did a lot of research to find a dealership that would be able to help with credit problems. I was nervous to take on a car payment, I knew how much I did a lot of research to find a dealership that would be able to help with credit problems. I was nervous to take on a car payment, I knew how much I could spend and I was prepared for pushy, forceful, unsympathetic & commission driven staff. Pleasantly surprised, NOPE. Pearl is the friendliest & kindest person to welcome you into, what can be, the most nerve wracking experience. She makes you feel like you just went to your friends house for some relaxation time. Dan is AMAZING, he came to me and asked what I wanted.... whaaaaa?!?! I have horrible credit, I am here for you to tell me IF I have any options. Dan is the problem solving champion, he thought outside the box in a way that helped me and suited the bank. He went waaayyyy above and beyond to make a deal happen for a reliable (super groovy) SUV within MY ABILITIES! Rock was magic with negotiating the terms with the bank and yet still ensuring MY needs were met. I can not ever thank these 2 enough for their help. Not only did they work out a phenomenal deal, they stayed late, away from their families to help a stranger. Strangers no more guys, I'll be stopping in on the regular just for a cup of coffee and good chit chat. More

Amazing. Absolutely amazing. I have never felt so welcome in any professional establishment. They treated me and my 2-year old daughter like family. Every single staff member talked to me like a friend and they all have awesome personalities that made me feel relaxed and comfortable. Originally I THOUGHT I knew what vehicle was best for me but instead I ended up driving off with a better truck than I ever imagined. All because of their honesty and integrity. Not only do they listen, they genuinely care & understand. It was NOT easy to get me approved but they wouldn't give up. These people are warriors. Today is a day I will never forget. After recently going through such a tough time they ultimately helped us to find the right vehicle that fit all of our needs and wants and for that we are forever greatful. Long but awesome car buying experience! Eddie Caballero was our sales guy and he was just awesome! The first time we came in was earlier this week and it was about 30 minutes before they clo Eddie Caballero was our sales guy and he was just awesome! The first time we came in was earlier this week and it was about 30 minutes before they closed and it was cold. He took the time to talk to us and even though they didn't have the particular vehicle we saw online, he took the time to give us some quick info on some other cars. So we came back today and 5 hours later, we bought a vehicle! We looked and test drove what seemed like a lot of SUV's and Eddie was the most patient! He just kept going and getting the keys to all the different vehicles we test drove. Eddie was great, thank you! More
