Getting into a new car for our family had been on the list for several weeks heading into the new year where we came across Rocky Mountains into brokers and our salesperson Neiman. He was an amazing guy that helped us get into a new car through all the troubles we’ve recently had. The entire process was simple and easy. We really want to thank Neiman and several other members of the staff for taking such great time, patience and care with us. We are forever greatful. We’ll be back in several months for Another vehicle for the family. More

The Worst Place to Buy a Car I bought a BMW 5 series from Rocky Mountain Auto Brocker last month. They were supposed to do a safety check that includes checking why the engine lig I bought a BMW 5 series from Rocky Mountain Auto Brocker last month. They were supposed to do a safety check that includes checking why the engine light which was on. After signing all the paper, I noticed the engine light was still on, they had me talk to JASON who supposedly is the mechanic guy, since it was on a Friday afternoon, they told me I could take the car and bring it back on Monday and pick it up when I come back in town on Thursday, which I did. I came back in town on Thursday night, then went to pick up the car on Friday, and the engine light was still on. I messaged Hannah who was my sale person, she told me she's going to report the problem to her manager DANIEL, and he will be contacting me shortly. I waited for days, nobody ever contacted. I tried to reach out to her, she told me Daniel might be busy with deals, I have to come to the dealer to talk to the general manager, I told her I had left town again. She told me she was going to talk to him and get back to me. Since, I have never heard from her again, I messaged her after a few days, she told me: "I no longer work at the Rocky Mountain Auto Brocker because I do not like how they treat their customers". With that being said, I couldn't talk to her about the car anymore. I went back in town trying to start this car I just bought and paid in cash. It couldn't even start, I tried to contact the dealer, left 1000 of messages, nada. So, I called a company to tow and drop it at the BMW dealer and they gave me an estimate for 5000 dollars to fix the leak that causes the engine light on and off. I went on the Rocky Mountain website and finally found an agent named "Christopher". I explained him the situation and he got Daniel the manager of the store call me to tell me there's nothing he can do. The moral of this story is "if you want to buy a car please save yourself some headaches by going somewhere else because those people are stealing your money". I am a victim of them, don't say I didn't warm you. More
