Initially good, turned sour. Was approved, then I get a call saying the sales manager who said I was good was no longer there, so my paperwork was all of a sudden no longer good e Was approved, then I get a call saying the sales manager who said I was good was no longer there, so my paperwork was all of a sudden no longer good enough. You dont get to take it out on the buyer because a member of your team screwed up. At that point it has to be made right. I will never recommend this dealership to anyone. More

Travis Medina was our sales guy an We bought our 2016 TSI Jetta from Rocky Mountain Auto Brokers and it was an incredible experience to say the least. Travis Medina was our sales guy and Not only did they make it an extremely positive experience but a learning experience as well. We also worked with Dan Gagne, Rocky Rodriguez and Kaila Lincoln and They made sure to put me into a vehicle that I liked and something that I wouldn't get over my head in. Guys like Dan and Rocky are few and far between now a days especially in the car business. They were honest and looking out for my family and I! I used to be in the automotive sales industry and they actually lost a couple hundred dollars on this car deal so that they could put my family and I into this vehicle and they also gave us a full tank of gas. My family and I have purchased multiple vehicles from Rocky Mountain and these wont be our last. I honestly dont think we'd go to any other dealer in town because they always treat us like Family and they have an amazing selection of quality vehicles! I can't thank them enough! Not even 1 star Do NOT even walk on their lot, this place is super shady. We bought a car, didn’t even have it for a week, it broke down, they had to come tow it. The Do NOT even walk on their lot, this place is super shady. We bought a car, didn’t even have it for a week, it broke down, they had to come tow it. They supposedly couldn’t find anything wrong, went to pick it up, it wouldn’t start. They refused to take it back, saying ‘what do you expect from a used car?’ That’s basically the short version of our story. Never mind that they didn’t return texts or phone calls right away after it broke down the first time. They are super nice before you buy the car, but that’s it. They supposedly put their car through a safety inspection (by Midas), yet when we finally picked up the car after 5 weeks of waiting and brought it to the Mercedes dealer, it failed almost EVERY diagnostic test and the cost to fix everything would be more that what we paid. We have contacted the news stations that do investgative reports. Hopefully between this review, the news report and my word of mouth advertising, I will save people the headache and loss of money that they will surely encounter by going to this dealership. I will put buyer beware signs ALL over the city. I have nothing but time. They should of taken back the car. More

Car should have been detailed prior to our arrival since the dealership was informed when we would arrive. We are not from Colorado, but there was an excessive amount of paperwork required (maybe typical for this state). More
