Dealership went above and beyond my expectations. I bought my vehicle and the extended warranty from Rocky Mountain Auto Brokers almost 4 years ago. The car has been great but after about 3 years of I bought my vehicle and the extended warranty from Rocky Mountain Auto Brokers almost 4 years ago. The car has been great but after about 3 years of owning the vehicle, I started to have some mechanical issues with my car. (The vehicle is now twelve years old.) After taking the vehicle and having it worked on many times for the same problem in my home town, the car was still not repaired. It was a huge frustration to have to continually take my car in to the mechanics and each time after a few days the dash lights would come on again telling me the problem had not been repaired. After speaking with Rocky, he had me bring the vehicle back to Colorado Springs and he had the mechanics there repair it. He made all the phone calls for me and helped with coordinating me getting another vehicle to drive while my car was being repaired. Rocky contacted me regularly to let me know what the status was on my car. I got my car back this past Friday and it seems to be repaired. The dash lights have not come back on and it now runs great. When I went to pick up my car, Rocky had the car washed and shined up. It was spotless. Rocky walked out to the car with me and I mentioned how dim my headlights were, they had a thick film on them. Rocky asked me if I could wait another 15 minutes. I said ok. He took the car to the back and the guys cleaned up my headlights, so the film was gone. I bought this car almost 4 years ago and they still helped me out in getting it repaired and made my life much easier. To me that is commitment, loyalty and fantastic customer service. I highly recommend this dealership for your next car purchase. More

Con Artists; They WILL screw you over I bought a car from Rocky Mountain Auto Brokers around December 2016. Since I drove off the lot, I've dealt with about 6 major issues with this vehicl I bought a car from Rocky Mountain Auto Brokers around December 2016. Since I drove off the lot, I've dealt with about 6 major issues with this vehicle. 1) The brakes need to be changed already. 2) My horn doesn't work. I was almost in a wreck one night when my brakes and horn didn't work. I had my 2 daughters (1 and 5 years old) in the car with me and we were very lucky to have the car in front of us see us and move out of the way before we rear ended them. 3) I paid $250 in late December to have the battery replaced. 4) When I turn my A/C on, I get an unsettling sound coming from my engine and when I turn it off, I get loud knocking behind my glove box. 5) There is a crack down the windshield that is directly in my line of view while I drive. I was told only AFTER I bought this car that it's illegal to drive with a crack in your windshield within your view and without a horn for safety reasons. 6) I was scammed into a $3000 warranty that won't even fix all of these issues because the finance manager wanted to hurry the paperwork so he could get to the gym. This has been my worst car buying experience ever and that's really saying a lot. They’ve also known about these issues since I bought the car. They promised to fix the horn, but that was 3 months ago and I haven’t heard from them since. Every single one of these guys would scam their grandma to get some cash in their pocket. Don’t go there; you WILL get screwed over. More

Covered up rust Bought a 2012 Pathfinder Le roughly 6 months ago (60k miles, appeared to be good condition). Vehicle has extensive rust damage where the Nissan dealer Bought a 2012 Pathfinder Le roughly 6 months ago (60k miles, appeared to be good condition). Vehicle has extensive rust damage where the Nissan dealership is unable to perform an alignment because pieces are rusted through. They showed me under the vehicle and the rust was spray-painted over. Chain grinding sound from the engine between 2-3k RPM's within 5 months of owning the vehicle. All the shocks/struts need to be replaced as well as the belt tensioner and idler pulley all because of rust. Now I am spending thousands to replace parts that have been eaten away by rust. Electronic issue as well that I have not diagnosed inside the car where the driver controls are unable to close one of the back windows (can open though). Needless to say extremely unhappy with this purchase (22ish thousand on supposedly a good car with very expensive rust issues and mechanical issues shortly after buying). If you go to google reviews you can find "Shannon Thammasiene's" post where she had the same issue as mine and rust was just spray-painted over to cover it. More
