Neiman was amazing but the place has a whole was not great. My car was dirty. There was no gas in it. It needs an oil change. There was paint marked all over the windshield. great. My car was dirty. There was no gas in it. It needs an oil change. There was paint marked all over the windshield. More
Good selection of vehicles, and helpful sales staff (for the most part). I can't speak to the service or financing staff, as we paid cash for our vehicle. My main issue is that the pricing was unclear (at b the most part). I can't speak to the service or financing staff, as we paid cash for our vehicle. My main issue is that the pricing was unclear (at best), if not dishonest (at worst). While many dealerships offer protection or warrantee packages, RMAB basically forces you to buy a $1000 protection package. When I declined to purchase it (because it was unnecessary and I wanted to save the $1000), I was basically told I can't purchase the car without buying the package. If that's the case, then just list it at $1,000 more than what you advertised. Lastly, I just can't understand why, when a customer says they're ready to buy a car, the dealership makes them sit in the lobby for 2 hours before they can sign a handful of papers. Especially if you're not financing (which I know most people do), just get them in, out and on their way. Left me with a frustrated taste in my mouth, even though I bought a great car. More
