Service Manager Steve Z. is absolutely fabulous! Steve walk me through the warranty process on my 2012 Jeep Wrangler. Being an older vehicle something was sure to break. It h is absolutely fabulous! There were multiple issues with this service. It took much longer than it should have. Problems occurred because incorrect warranty information was recorded and part was not expeditiously order It took much longer than it should have.
