There was a mishap when we first came in to look at a car, to no fault of Blake’s, but he located the vehicle we came in for and helped start our process. We debated for weeks on if we needed a new car, and Blake helped us from the start of our inquiry. He made sure we didn’t feel rushed or pressured, he was attentive and responsive to our needs, and he was very polite and professional throughout our interaction. More

The sales part of my experience was pretty great. I had to wait in the loan department for over 2 hours to finalize my purchase. Th reps in the office were dismissive and rude when I asked how much longer I’d be waiting and didn’t seem to care that I’d been waiting for over 2 hours already. More

They sold me a car 2 quarts short on transmission fluid, didn't run a diagnostic on it when I requested one then lied about it. The key for does not even work.
