This is and was by far the worst dealership and customer service I've ever received. It all started off with a lie. They advised me that when the bank called me to verify information to tell them I made a d service I've ever received. It all started off with a lie. They advised me that when the bank called me to verify information to tell them I made a down payment when I didn't. They also said when the bank asked me if I was present for the e-sign tell them I was present when I wasn't. The car that I was sold was a piece of crap. After 2 weeks of driving it it started falling apart. Not to mention it was way overpriced. 20,000 for a 2009 Nissan Altima. This entire deal was based on a lie to get me into the car and get a sale for the company. All promises were broke nothing was fixed on the car. Then I was taken to court on a down payment that was already paid. In court all testimonys was a lie. I don't recommend this company to someone in the grave. Be very careful of what your getting involved in with these people. They even took a gun for collateral. Now what does that tell you about the company. If you have been done wrong by this company don't just let it go. Contact the dealer board to get something done. Surely they will help you out. Disrespectful untrustworthy dishonest company and individuals. After court the manager rocky laughed at me and said " I been doing this for 24 years" Along with the threat of "what's up you know where to find me to handle this". Not okay as a customer and this situation is far from over! people that scam people and lie and overcharge are no good and shouldn't be in business....If this has happened to you or something else that was foul with this company don't just let it go cause there is things that can be done. Dealer Board is a Great start and may be the only stop you have to make. Don't allow intimidation to deter you from turning these crooks in. Stand up for what is right and stop these people from scamming someone else! More
