The dealership had a good selection of vehicles. Amanda was very accommodating in bringing the vehicles to the front for us to view and test drive. We felt that we got a good deal on both the purchase and was very accommodating in bringing the vehicles to the front for us to view and test drive. We felt that we got a good deal on both the purchase and trade in of our vehicles however once we got to the price point we wanted the dealership took out the "included" cosmetic warranty without telling us and we weren't informed until after we signed the paperwork. The additional downside of our experience was the communication between the sales and service department. The vehicle that we purchased had a number of open maintenance items that the service department was supposed to fix. We didn't learn about these until we drove home and found the issues. Ultimately the issues were resolved by the dealership at no charge to us but it was inconvenient because we were without our vehicle for several days while we waited for the fix actions. Overall we are pleased with the vehicles we purchased but the communication of this dealership needs to be improved. More
