Chris and his managers at Rocky Mountain Auto Brokers really went above and beyond to help my husband and I out of a rest rut. They worked so hard for us for a whole day of back and forth with the bank to really come through for us with an appropriate deal we could walk away feeling confident with. I bought my last car through this dealership with another associate and have had no issues, returning me to them for help with this purchase. I am forever grateful for the service I’ve received at this company and plan on coming back for all my future trade ins! I purchased a trad in truck a few weeks ago and it has been nothing but a nightmare. I bought a truck with the agreement that things would be fixed and that it would be fully detailed when I came back to been nothing but a nightmare. Raymond told me he would be at the dealership thanksgiving day until 6pm and when I called him as I was on my way there (in Castle Rock) he told me that the dealership was closed because it was a holiday and made me feel as though I’m an idiot for thinking they be open. Then after taking another day off work I picked up the truck and drove it home. The next day I looked over the truck and saw it had not been detailed. They interior was disgusting and the bed was full of chicken feed and dirt. There were coins and stick stuff in the cup holders. The window switch was not fixed as Raymond said it would be, and there were map lights, shifter lights, and reverse lights still out, which Raymond said would be easy and of course those would be replaced. I should have bought a car on Facebook or Craigslist and saved me money because I was not treated with the professionalism I would expect from a dealership. Raymond has been extremely difficult to get in touch with and after my fathers passing during all of this, Raymond has made my life far more difficult. More

I have no issues with the service team aside from the lack of communication. The pricing was great and the work got done.
