If the service that I received was based on Richard, our service advisor, you would be getting a higher rating. He was in constant text contact with me regarding the service of my vehicle. He sent photos of a problem that was discovered when looking for the problem with the "check fuel inlet" alert. With that said, when we expressed a concern with the manager regarding the condition of my "trailing arms," not being caught during the last visit, we were treated very poorly. The manager was very condescending to us. We suggested the the condition of the trailing arms should have been pointed out to us during the last visit, our car does not go from nothing wrong with the trailing arms, to completely rusted out and not repairable in one year, and 7,000 limited miles driven between "the Works" service that I have had done each and every time I needed to. We suggested that perhaps, when an inspection is done, if there is excessive rust damage, that can be noted on the report, and the customer can be advised. Instead of considering the suggestion, we were spoken to very poorly, again, suggesting this was our fault. Sadly, having been a customer of your service department for several decades, I will no longer be returning due to the poor attitude of the manager. More

I had a 1:30 appointment for an oil change, and I had a 3:45 doctor’s appointment. Nobody began working on my vehicle until around 2:30 because technicians had gone to lunch… I ended up being there for 2 h 3:45 doctor’s appointment. Nobody began working on my vehicle until around 2:30 because technicians had gone to lunch… I ended up being there for 2 hours. What good is an appointment? I ended up late for my doctor’s appointment and had to reschedule (I waited a month for this appointment). Diego was pleasant and friendly, but I could not find him to voice my concern about the fact that I had to get going once I realized that tine was beginning to be a concern. I ended up speaking to a different person who did what he could to help me out, but there really wasn’t much that he could do because the technicians were at lunch…I thought that a 1:30 appointment for an oil change would easily allow me to make a 3:45 appointment, but that was not the case. I’ve been very happy with Roesch’s service department until now, but this visit was unacceptable. My ask, and it is not a big one, is to honor people’s time - an appointment should be honored (the doctor’s office held me accountable for my appointment, which I missed). Don’t schedule people at a time when your technicians are going to be taking their lunch break. It was blatantly obvious that my time meant nothing - I was stuck there, and I left quite angry about the fact that traffic had now built up and that I likely would be late. Your customers have jobs and other appointments that they need to make. I would have rather been told that I had to come another day than to be lead to believe that my truck would be worked on at 1:30 as scheduled. More
