Alex in the Service Department is horrible. While scheduling the 1st appointment on the phone I specifically asked if a specific tire was in stock. Explained its leaking air but Im assuming it needs to be replaced if not repairable. Alex guaranteed the tire was in stock and wouldnt be a problem. Wrong after sitting in the waiting room for over an hour he came in and explained the tire needed to be replaced. But they didnt have it in stock. When i asked about the conversation he insisted I never said anything about the tire needing to be instock. Its a proprietary tire that can only be purchased threw Ford. One of the reasons I requested it. The 2nd reason was I had to take time off to come in for this appointment. Still Alex insisted I never said anything.. In the end Alex stated he would call me Monday to set up a new appointment . Monday came and went no call. No call all week. Eventually the 2nd week I contacted Alex on Tuesday (10 days later) . He forget to call. We made an appointment for that Saturday at 8:00am. Now one other concern I have with the first visit is I havent washed my car for a while the tires and rims were covered in brake dust. When I had to put air in the tire after leaving I noticed that the tire in question was never even touched. Not a smudge or any marks in order to remove the tire. How was it inspected or verified needing to be replaced if it was not even touched? When I arrived Alex was not there and my appointment was not even in the computer. Two ladies from the Service Area assisted me and were very helpful. They got me taken care of.. In the end Alex's attitude is of one who doesnt care and has no integrity .. More

I replaced my battery and have had two additional batteries replaced because they failed the test within days. Now the third battery is also causing a warning light, so it looks like this battery wil batteries replaced because they failed the test within days. We had an appointment to bring our car in for a recall at 9:00 a.m., on the phone we were told it would take a couple of hours. When we brought the car in we were told it would be about 4 hours. Almost 7 hou 9:00 a.m., on the phone we were told it would take a couple of hours. When we brought the car in we were told it would be about 4 hours. Almost 7 hours later our car was finally ready. We were greatly inconvenienced by this time extension. We also needed to have a second key made on our car when our locksmith was unable to get a blank key fob for the car. His quoted all-in price was the same as the price you charged to purchase the fob alone. But, you charged another $190 just to program the fob, bringing the price I paid you to double what the locksmith would charge. This is pure price gouging in my opinion. More
