I also apologize for the delay getting the dents removed. We take customer satisfaction very seriously, so I have passed your review on to upper management. We were not aware the previous owner had smoked in the vehicle and have offered to remove the smell or trade you out of the vehicle, whichever you prefer. Thank you for the reply, that is wonderful news! On October 22nd, I had been told that trading out my vehicle was not an option. A manager stated that the only option was to sell it back to Mazda at market value or do the smoke bomb (which I'm worried will only mask the problem by removing the smell but not the underlying toxins in the upholstery). Thank you. I will try calling management again to follow up about the issue.
