I fully intended to buy a different make, a used car, at another dealership, but in usual fashion, my husband wanted that least visit Chevy before making a purchase. Cue my visit to Roger Dean and introduct another dealership, but in usual fashion, my husband wanted that least visit Chevy before making a purchase. Cue my visit to Roger Dean and introduction to Vinny. I explained my situation and what I (thought I) wanted to look at. Vinny asked thoughtful, no pressure questions just trying to get a lay of the land and in the 35 mins-1 hr I was there he was kind, patient, actively listened to me, got to know me, and did not put any pressure...but without making me feel unimportant knowing I was likely to buy this other vehicle. Needless to say, I raved about Vinny and my experience to my husband and the next day my husband visited and came away with a great impression too. We ended up buying a brand new car from Roger Dean....all because of the experience. We would definitely return! More

Very poor communication with the customer. Scheduled appt for a basic alignment on brand new wheels and tires. Appt for 730 a.m., reconfirmed the afternoon before, all set I was advised. Arrived at 725, paperwork, contact # etc. Left vehicle, called at 910 to check as it should have been close to done. All day fiasco, called again at 1230 and car not even pulled in yet. I said DON'T TOUCH, I am on my way. Service person said it was going in next, I said NO!! Arrived and they had put on the lift and I couldn't have my car! No choice but to wait and PAY. I would have paid someone else to not go through the major hassle they caused me. I will never to back and will share my experience. Charged, no apology, etc. One mechanic said they had others in front of me. LIE, I was there first. So a basic lack of proper communication....tell me the truth and I will either reschedule or take it elsewhere. I purchased the car there, hence why I took it there. More

Poor Quality- Cost Rip Off I have a 2004 Corvette, in March 2017 I had Roger Dean Chevrolet in Cape Coral replace the upper and lower oil pan gaskets for approximately $1,100. N I have a 2004 Corvette, in March 2017 I had Roger Dean Chevrolet in Cape Coral replace the upper and lower oil pan gaskets for approximately $1,100. Note, I have never had my car serviced anywhere but this dealer and the car has 47,000 miles. The original gaskets lasted 13 years so all in all very reasonable. However the gasket is leaking again (just started in September 2018) and Roger Dean has basically stated that the gasket is out of warranty and that I would need to pay to have them replaced again. They eventually reduced the price by a couple of hundred dollars but why would I pay someone that has proven they didn't do the job properly the first time (13 years vs 18 months). There have only been approximately 2,000-3,000 miles put on since the replacement. Bottom line is they are pointing at GM warranty and even said if I have the work done this time there is a two year warranty. They also said this is such a large job, exactly! I paid them for that and now they want me to do it again. I could and do not recommend this dealer. More
