Great service and friendly people! I usually don’t trust the service department in dealerships ( trying to upscale everything when you come for service etc- especially Mercedes!) NOT THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT, I’m very surprised and happy with the way they treat customers who have service needs. The manager ( Kramer) calls to set up service appointments and offers to send someone to your house for service! I used this service for a recall appointment and it was so easy and convenient! The manager then call afterwards to see if everything went as expected. Very happy with the results, and my next oil change will probably be AT MY HOUSE!! So convenient! More

This dealer will not honor their own “we owe” for products that our brand new vehicle was missing. The management is rude and just hangs up the phone when you catch them in a lie. They never call bac products that our brand new vehicle was missing. The management is rude and just hangs up the phone when you catch them in a lie. They never call back and at most times unreachable. I would not suggest this dealer to my worst enemy! Very upset with our last year of experiences here. Will not be back! More

They were able to get me in for service on short notice. I had to change my appointment at the last minute because I was going to be 30 minutes late.
