Shopped for four months to find the right used 2500HD and found it at Westphal. Worked with Bernard for 3 hours to hammer out an exceptional price on a great truck. That was 16 months ago, recently had problems with the electrical and they managed to troubleshoot and fix it in very short order for a good price. Went into service another time for what I thought was abnormal shifting,1 Hr. later came out with the trans and engine computer completely updated, no charge even though the warranty was expired. Another minor electrical problem, 2 Hrs. troubleshooting and no charge. Sales and service employees are always professional, courteous, and accomodating. They will definitely be my Chevy dealer for many years to come. More

They ripped us off so bad. We drove all the way up from peoria IL a two and a half hour drive. We called them before we got there and they gave us a price on a car to be 3600. They said that their salesman never said that it would be 3600. They are the biggest liars ever. Never ever buy a car from them. More
