Awesome experience! Salesman and Sales Manager were friendly and knowledgeable. They took the time to answer all of my questions. We have purchased our last four (4) vehicles from Westphal Chevy. I believe that speaks for itself. We have never before purchased more than one vehicle from any other dealer in our forty-three yea Westphal Chevy. I believe that speaks for itself. We have not had any major issues with any of our four cars, but we use dealer service for all our maintenance needs. It is the best service department I have ever dealt with. More

I had a great experience working with these guys. I submitted a price quote request on the internet last week. Received a quote within 15 minutes. I followed up with a phone call and spoke to a guy named Jack -Internet Sales Manager. Went in that evening - the Impala was waiting for me in front of the dealership. This experience went a long way toward improving my perception of the car buying experience. No surprises - this is the way all dealerships should operate. I highly recommend Ron Westphal Chevrolet.
