Al was the best! Al was great and I really felt that he absolutely had my best interest in mind. He got me the best car I could get in that range, knowing that I wanted extra things inside the car like navigation capabilities, a sportier look on the outside, etc. I never once felt like he was being pushy and I appreciate the time he gave me to talk things over with my mom, this being my first car buying experience. I also really appreciate the time he spent with me after I got the car to go over how to work everything on the inside of the car and show me various things regarding the outside of the car (how to pop the hood, gas tank, etc). I will definitely be back and would want to specifically deal with Al again. More

Outstanding Buying Experience at Rosen Hyundai I recently decided to purchase a Santa Fe Sport or Tucson from Hyundai and trade in my 2014 Elantra GT. Although I purchased my 2014 Elantra GT from R I recently decided to purchase a Santa Fe Sport or Tucson from Hyundai and trade in my 2014 Elantra GT. Although I purchased my 2014 Elantra GT from Rosen I first stopped in at a closer dealer to me to see if I could purchase a SUV. What a mistake. This other dealer over priced the Santa Fe Sport and under valued my Elantra GT by over $4000. I had to demand my keys back for my Elantra GT to leave the dealer after their insulting offers. Needless to say I will no return there. I returned back to Rosen Hyundai and contacted Jon Muehl by email and gave him the Specs on what I was looking for in a Tucson or Santa Fe Sport. Within an hour he had gotten back to me with pricing and availability on both vehicles and set up so that when we arrived at Rosen both vehicles would be ready for a test drive even though he was working with two other customers. As promised when we arrived he had both vehicles ready and we were able to take them both for drives. When we got back he was ready for us, appraised our Elantra GT and went over both vehicles pros and cons and we decided on the Santa Fe Sport. Not only did we get very aggressive pricing on the Santa Fe Sport but we also got a pretty good price for our trade in. Although Jon Muehl was busy as heck he worked with us on final pricing and selection of our Santa Fe Sport and introduced us to the Service Team and other folks at Rosen. We worked with Debra Campbell from the finance office and like before it was a no pressure experience closing the deal. She took the time to make sure I received a prorated refund on my extended warranty for the Elantra GT. This was our second purchase from Rosen and it was a no pressure sale with attractive pricing and really good service pre and post sale. When it comes time to replace our 2013 Sonata Hybrid Limited we will go see Jon again. More

My wife and I have purchased 3 Santa Fe's, 4 Tucson's and 3 Elantra's over the past 15 years, all new vehicles and nearly all of them from Rosen Hyund My wife and I have purchased 3 Santa Fe's, 4 Tucson's and 3 Elantra's over the past 15 years, all new vehicles and nearly all of them from Rosen Hyundai. Why do we keep doing this? Very dependable, low maintenance vehicles at highly competitive prices is one reason. We continue to buy vehicles from the Rosen dealer in Algonquin primarily because of Jon Muehl, a rock star sales professional we continue to deal with time after time. He knows the vehicles, the car business, and is a very enjoyable to work with. We always feel that we have gotten the best deal possible working with Jon and Yaseen Ali, who is also a deal closer and finance rock star. These guys seem like family members to us, because we have known and dealt with them for so long and so many times. I will add that we have purchased 2 new Tucson's and a new Elantra in the past six months from Jon and Yaseen. I could go on and on and still not say enough good things about our Hyundai purchase experiences. More
