What a deal!!! Roseville Hyundai you are the best! I have worked with Roseville Hyundai since I bought a Santa Fe back in 2007. Diego Castro helped me throughout and pointed out all the exciting changes in the Santa Fe. He was always professional, but NEVER pushy. Spencer was able to show and tell us great things about the cars without being the typical pushy salesman, and instead, was very accommodating and warm to us first-time car buyers. I have dealt with many car salesmen throughout my life and I have to say he did the best of any of them. He LISTENED to what I wanted and needed. He wasn't pushy and didn't try to oversell. He gave me facts and let me decide for myself. There was no pressure. Jason, the "closer", earned his money as well. I had a strict budget and he did his best to work within it. Sure, there we times that I wanted to walk but this guy made me an offer I couldn't refuse. It is obvious why this dealership ranks so high. Take it from me, a very pessimistic person, check out this dealership. It has a great group of people selling a great product. FYI to the salesmen at the Automall Ford dealership, take a lesson from this dealership. You didn't give me the time of day when I didn't show interest in purchasing a fully loaded car. Shoot, you didn't even try to explain what your car had to offer. Kudos Mark and Jason...you made a life-long customer. More
