If I ever decide to lease another vehicle, I will ask for Jake. Spencer is now a manager and worked with me when I leased my 2013 Tucson Limited. I would like to submit an updated review of my experience at Hyundai Roseville. I was ill and in bed and answered the questions from my IPhone. I am not sure my "larger than the keyboard fingers" actually hit the correct responses. I thought I could review and edit the entire review I made, but cannot seem to pull up all the questions. Last night, after I made and sent the review, I looked at the "quick reference book" that was in the glove compartment of the vehicle and I find that my sales person (Jake) did go over most of the navigation and other amenities that are in my book. The only problem I had was when I found the tire pressure icon (by whatever name) and found that my tires had too much pressure in them. I ran over a nail and had to take my vehicle into have it taken care of and the service department told me they would take the pressure out of the tires and put in 36lbs. When I got home, I found out they had not done so. I phoned them and they told me it was dangerous to drive the car with that much pressure in the tires and to bring it back immediately. I did that. That problem was in the Service Department, not the Sales Department. The problem with my license plate was the Financial persons fault. I understood him to say I could not have my disabled person license plates until I received the new license plates from DMV and then retrieve them from Hyundai and take them to DMV along with the new plates and make the exchange. When I went to have the tires taken care of I went in to talk to the Financial Manager about the license plates and he told me I should have taken them with me the evening I leased the vehicle. I am almost 80 years old and I may have been confused about the response from the Financial Manager. When I found out that was misinformation, the Financial Manager called Jake and Jake went to the vehicle I turned in and brought me my DP plates. If it had not been for Jake, and his willingness to answer all my questions, and the several hours he spent with me, I would not have leased the vehicle from Roseville Hyundai. I highly recommend that any person seeking a good and honest sales person to go to Roseville Hyundai and ask for Jake Lavy. He is the reason I felt good about my negotiated price and decided to lease my vehicle at Roseville Hyundai. I will return when I need a new leased vehicle. Thank you Jake!!!!! (If there is a way I can "redo" my original survey, please resend it to me. I do not want potential buyers to think I did not have a good experience at Roseville Hyundai). More
