WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER. I went to Roseville Toyota to buy my youngest son his first car, when he turned 16 in January. The next day he noticed his brakes were squeaking, so I went to Roseville Toyota to buy my youngest son his first car, when he turned 16 in January. The next day he noticed his brakes were squeaking, so we took it back to Roseville Toyota a couple days later to get the brakes fixed. I left multiple messages for both the sales and service managers, and neither of them ever returned my call. After almost a week of being ignored and disrespected, I was finally told it was “normal wear and tear” and that they will have to charge me for the repair. We had the car for a week and only drove it about 100 miles, so Toyota’s claim that it was “wear and tear” proves they don’t stand behind their products or care about their customers. It was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with a car dealership. Anyone looking to buy a car should go somewhere other than Roseville Toyota!! More
