This was my first experience for service at Roseville Toyota and my expectations were very much exceeded! Kyle was my service advisor and he was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He gave me Toyota and my expectations were very much exceeded! Kyle was my service advisor and he was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He gave me a quote right up front and kept me updated throughout the entire service. Once my car was finished, he explained everything that was done to my car and gave me recommendations. Went in on a Monday at 1 pm to purchase our leased vehicle. Didn't get out until 6 pm....There is no excuse why this transaction should have taken 5 hours. We were promised a $40 refund of excess sa vehicle. Didn't get out until 6 pm....There is no excuse why this transaction should have taken 5 hours. We were promised a $40 refund of excess sales tax (which were added to our financed amount over our disregarded objection) by one of the many people we dealt with. He was nowhere around when we were leaving. We have owned Toyotas for many years and NEVER had such an unsatisfactory experience. More
