Service manager who waited on me was efficient and pleasant. I had contacted the Head of the Service Department in April regarding a problem I had been trying to get resolved since September of 2021. pleasant. No response since initial contact with Head Manager despite leaving a minimum of 4 messages. He was busy today during my visit so unable to chat with him in person.
