Tommy in finance was also very nice and took time to explain everything to us. My only complaint with the experience was Steve the guy we had to negotiate with. He refused to move even a dollar on the price for over an hour. It was rediculous that he refused to work with us. He sales techniques felt forced and fake. We probably should have just walked away as he was a huge waste of my time. At the end of the day though we are really happy with the car. More
