Service was good in the beginning. The work was good in a timely matter. Butt check out was the worst thing there. I waited for me service worker to finish with the customer before me. He calls a other customer to get there car. That was nowhere in sight. Then appears up to pay. A other ten minutes. Then the previous customer comes back. Then takes service person away. So stood there for a total of 45 minutes. With no help. I just had to sign and go. Got help from other services person. Don't want this to happen to people. I told them my budget right out the gate and the continually tried to up sell me thousands over what I said could do. We found a car that would work, we agreed on a price and then they did not hono continually tried to up sell me thousands over what I said could do. We found a car that would work, we agreed on a price and then they did not honor it and raised it back up three thousand more. They lead me on for three hours when if it wasn’t something they were willing to do, they could have told me in the first 15 minutes. Had me talk to three different managers. Beware in dealing with them. More
