I had to take my truck in for just annual check ups, and maybe new tires because it had been a long time since they were changed, and the staff were very helpful. Honestly, I was worried about going to a car dealership by myself because I know very little about cars and I knew it would be really easy for someone to rip me off, but these two were great. They were honest with me about what I should do and where, to save money and were patient when I asked them to repeat/explain almost everything they said. I really appreciate their honesty and patience, and I told them that, and they said they just truly wanted to help the customers find the best, cheapest solutions that they could. I will recommend Roseville Toyota to anyone for the honest nature that their employees have. This is also not the first time I was given considerate and patient service here.
