I went to look at cars in the afternoon. Made a deal & didn't leave until 9:30 p.m. because the car was getting detailed. Finally drove it on Monday to work and saw how horrible the detailing was done, di didn't leave until 9:30 p.m. because the car was getting detailed. Finally drove it on Monday to work and saw how horrible the detailing was done, didn't see it clearly on Sat cause it was already dark & the interior is black. The car have stains on the roof top, dog furs all over, white stains on the passenger & back seat, dog kibbles stuck in between the seat belts, cup holder have sticky residues, driver side had crumbs all under the seat & in the crevasses. Called dealer & spoke about issues (redetailing & spare key) & was promised a call/text back. It's been 1 week & a half, still haven't heard anything from the dealer (called dealer at least 4x already). Had to take matters into my own hand & make appointment. Took the car back 2 weeks later early in the morning & picked it back up later in the afternoon. Still disappointing. Everything was still there besides having the driver seat & dog fur vacuumed. At this point, I'll just clean the car myself which I shouldn't have to do. Still waiting for a spare key from a different manager cause there wasn't even a ticket made for a spare key. We'll see how that goes... Thank you Theresa, Stephanie & Christian for the actual help. More

Biggest waste of my time. These people had me waiting 3 weeks for a Camry XSE to come in, which is fine except for the fact that they failed to even return my calls. I’ve had to call 3 times over the cours weeks for a Camry XSE to come in, which is fine except for the fact that they failed to even return my calls. I’ve had to call 3 times over the course of 2 days just to get an update and figure out a time I can come in for an appointment. Every time they said they would call me back, but I never received any calls back from them. I’ve spoken to Dan, Ryan, and Reggie. All of these men have failed to answer or return my phone calls. I wasted 3 weeks that I could’ve gone elsewhere to find a car thanks to these men. This lack of respect for their customers is why I’ve decided to go through another Toyota dealership. I hope others have a better experience at the Roseville Toyota. More
