So many dealerships advertise cars that are not on the lot, so I texted Rushdi about a SUV that I was interested in and I wanted proof that it was on the lot before I drove to Alpharetta. He took a picture of the key to give me a piece of mind. Once I arrived he has the car waiting for me to do a text drive. I appreciated that because I felt like he valued my time. During the test drive, he explained all of the features. After returning back to the dealership, he did not waste my time with frivolous negotiations and allow me to think about the purchase without feeling rushed.
