Oil Change/Additional service recommended I had a discount coupon for an oil change for either conventional oil or synthetic blend. I failed to request synthetic blend and the service rep fail I had a discount coupon for an oil change for either conventional oil or synthetic blend. I failed to request synthetic blend and the service rep failed to ask. I got conventional oil. There was recommended service for a possible fluid leak of the rear transfer case but I didn't get a very good description of what that problem might have been from the oil change service rep. Since I was picking up the car around 6 o'clock there wasn't anyone else around to give more detail. More

She was doing something in office, but not with customer. No hello or good morning when she finally came to my vehicle. This was not like previous visit where I was greeted quickly and warmly. Rest of appt was fine-attendant got real “nice” as she tried to upgrade my service with some repairs. While I was checking out she was having a conversation with other attendant calling a customer that had just left a liar, in front of me, another customer! I wonder what was said about me. When I was leaving, I saw Trent greeting a customer the way I had been the previous time. Sigh...Brittany needs some serious service training or a begins the scenes position. She should not be your interface for service. I think you will lose a lot of customers. I thought we bought service agreement. Guess there was miscommunication at the finance desk-anyway, now I have no reason to return to your dealership for service. More

Excellent Service I came into the dealership with a minor gas cap issue, but I was in a frantic because I thought it was more severe than it actually was. Chris Jensen I came into the dealership with a minor gas cap issue, but I was in a frantic because I thought it was more severe than it actually was. Chris Jensen reassured me everything would be fine and that there were some other minor fixes I needed on my car (that the previous owner did not do). It made me feel at ease that my entire car was inspected and they found the other issues before they became major breaks.
