I've worked w/ Mark/Service department several times over the years, and he has always provided a level of service I don't think I would get elsewhere. Biggest thing I notice, is this level of service is not just from Mark, but from everyone I've encountered there - from the person who greets you when you drop off/pick up your vehcle to those at desk/counters in the service areas.
