We met Rick O'Leary, who showed us some vehicles and shared his knowledge of the product. We weren't quite ready to buy, and Rick was great about it, not pressuring us at all. Fast forward one year, and we were again looking for a vehicle. We immediately thought of this dealership. We went right over and asked for Rick. What a turn of events!! I was thoroughly impressed with how Stephany Duncan handled an unpleasant experience. On the day of my first appointment, I arrived approximately an h I was thoroughly impressed with how Stephany Duncan handled an unpleasant experience. On the day of my first appointment, I arrived approximately an hour after my appointment time. Because of that, Stephany was with another client and explained she would have someone else assist me. The Advisor who assisted me was Rick O'Leary. Rick was not a rude person, was knowledgeable, but appeared he was not going to do anything more than give the impression of "I was asked to assist you, so I am here". I was there to purchase a 2017 QX60 cash. Once we begin to view the vehicle, I was shown the windshield was cracked, but would be replaced. I said no problem though some shoppers would have been turned off by that and directed their attention elsewhere. As we continued the walk-around, though I asked Rick a few questions in which his answers were not favorable for me, I understood them and accepted them. However, on the passenger side door, there were two very small chips of paint missing and I asked could they be taken care of before purchasing. Rick did not even ponder the request and said; "No, that repair is not in the cost of the vehicle". Because he had such an "as a matter of fact" attitude the entire time, when he said he would not accommodate my touch up paint request, I was done with Infiniti of Roswell. I thanked Rick for his time and left because I felt that was totally unreasonable when purchasing a vehicle and especially one at an upper end dealership. After I left, maybe about an hour or so later, I received a call from Stephany saying she wanted to hear how things went. I explained to her I was not impressed at all and would be reengaging my search for the vehicle elsewhere. Stephany apologized and asked me to explain what was needed for me reconsider. Once she heard my concerns, she told me she would do what she could to take care of me and keep my business. Even though she said that, I was still leaning more toward other options than returning. The next day Stephany call me and told me my concerns were addressed and the vehicle would be ready in about 1 1/2 hours. After having a night to reflect, I realized I was dealing with a true professional who didn't forget about me and conducted a follow up call to check on me and that meant a lot. It was because of her diligence and pursuit in making sure I was satisfied, that I reconsidered and eventually did purchase the vehicle of my choice. Bottom line....Stephany told me she wanted me to return and allow her to provide me 5 star service and I received just that. More
