I had purchased a G37S Certified Pre-Owned from them 3 years ago and have serviced it with them since so I have first hand experience with the sales staff and the service team. This is what brought me back here when my wife was looking for a new vehicle. We just traded in our MDX and purchased a brand new 2017 QX60 from Roswell Infiniti. Our first contact for this vehicle search was with Dominic La Barrie through Roswell's online sales... And then Rick O'Leary was our sales man. These guys were great to work with.... No pressure , straight shooters, provide me with all the information I needed to feel comfortable with my purchase. And believe me I shopped around to make sure I was getting the best pricing. No other dealership could match there pricing and no other dealer even came close to customer service I received here at Roswell Infiniti. The customer service was the main reason I felt comfortable with my decision. They were also very fair with my trade in so that was just icing on the cake... It was a pleasure working with Derick Baker when it was time to look over my trade value. Last but not least.... You always worry about heading into the finance office when its time to finalize the paperwork. Not a problem here at Roswell Infiniti. Adrienne Briant was such a pleasure to deal with in the finance office, No Surprises, No high pressure add on sales tactics, No bait and switch with the rates we discussed prior to heading into the office.... I contacted the Roswell Infiniti showroom June 15 to test drive a vehicle I found online. Dominic LaBarrie got right back to me and connected me with sales rep, Elizabeth Marshall. After shopping for three months for the right car, Elizabeth was professional, knowledgeable, patient and a joy to do business with. Business Managers Derrick Rawlings and Bill Gray were refreshing and attentive. We sealed the deal. Even better, when I had a question about the car two days later, both Bill and Elizabeth got back to me within 20 minutes, at 5:10 p.m. on a Saturday no less! I was appreciative and impressed. It was a long three months...but worth the wait and I'd HIGHLY RECOMMEND this dealership which I found to be sincere, professional and a refreshing experience. 5 stars in my book. More
