We were warmly and courteously greeted and offered refreshments. The receptionist introduced us to Elizabeth who spent a good deal of time asking questions about how I would use the car. She suggested several vehicles which might interest me. When they had been parked at the entrance beside one another so that I could compare them Elizabeth and I discussed my feelings about them and I selected two that I wanted to drive. We drove each of them on routes that simulated the driving I do daily. When we arrived back at the dealership she said the dreaded words "I'd like to introduce you to my manager". Derrick, as it turns out is a pleasant, personable gentleman with a sense of humor and a low key approach. I believe he was genuinely interested in making sure I made the right decision. Bill Gray, the finance manager didn't try to force anything down my throat and I was treated with respect by all. I drove my new car home that evening and love it. The experience was great. My husband, what's his name, was impressed which is difficult to do as he spent almost thirty years in sales management. More

Rusty quickly picked up on the fact that we new what we wanted and got straight to the point. Not only was it a seamless experience, but Rusty LISTENED, found out what was important to us, answered ALL of our questions, and ultimately, found the perfect car for us.
