Samuel and Adrian were awesome. I was recently shopping for a CPO Q50. Roswell Infiniti had the best price with the right packages I was looking for, by far. I called and spoke with Samuel on the day I wanted to look at the car. He was very through to make sure the vehicle was still there and returned my call within ten minutes. When I arrived at the dealership, Samuel had the vehicle pulled up to the front of the building and gassed up ready for a test drive. On the test drive I was very impressed with Samuel's people skills. He was not pushy and addressed each and every question I had with great patience. While waiting on the financing paperwork, Samuel was incredibly nice and I enjoyed the conversation we had. In financing I spoke with Adrian (I believe this was her name, I didn't write it down.) She was incredibly gracious and went to bat to find us a good deal. I was amazed at her personality and customer service skills. The car was freshly detailed while I waited for all the paperwork. Overall they did ok. Not great but certainly not the worst I've seen from a dealership. They did not over-gloss the tires or interior like most dealerships and the car was fairly clean. They missed the engine completely and I will have to do a good hour of work on some soap residue left on the intake. Over all not too bad but could be better. I cannot see myself ever going to another dealership for an Infiniti. Even though it is 30 minutes further from my house than the closest dealership, they have won my business for life. Great great people. More
