We received a few papers to sign and start the paper work. Half an hour later, Nick came and said that he made a mistake and he gave us a price on a different car and told us he can not honor the price. After a discussion, we asked what he can do for us, and he made us feel that all he wanted was for us to get out and leave. After that I end up working on the deal with Alexis by text and compromised on a price and purchased the car. But the only reason I did that is because of Alexis and the 4 time credit check he required on my account. You are a prestigious company and don't need someone like that working for you, a smooth talker who thinks highly of himself. My husband is happy with his car the X80.
