While most dealers won't let you leave without a vehicle once you walk in, we had several visits with him and Infiniti over 2 weeks until we had the perfect vehicle for us. I would highly recommend Bill, the entire service staff, and Roswell Infiniti as a whole to anyone looking. We plan on purchasing again later this year, and Bill will be the first person I call.
