Dishonest and Rude Customer Service in the Roswell Infinity of North Atlanta's Service Department. If I could I would choose 0 stars, First of all, other Infinity Ser Customer Service in the Roswell Infinity of North Atlanta's Service Department. If I could I would choose 0 stars, First of all, other Infinity Service Departments in the areas, such as, Kennesaw, Marietta, and Atlanta have a free of charge standard diagnostics. Roswell charged $160-$195 and they wouldn't match the other Infinity Service Department no charge. The Service rep person was very rude when asked to put a sticker, inside vehicle, showing when to get the next oil change. Part of the service, is the exterior wash. My car was already clean, prior to bringing it, and there were tons of water spots left on the vehicle. Lastly, he was so bothered with us that he walked away mumbling out loud and I felt like he didn't want us to come back ever. After all said, my vehicle only needed an oil change and clearing of the codes, and my bill was approx. $250. I will never return to Roswell Infiniti of North Atlanta. More

Positive experience! My car was making a "strange noise" when turning at low speed. I emailed Bruce Scott about it, and he set me up with Chris to get it fixed. Chris had a loaner driven out to me at work (about 1.5 hours away) and let me borrow it while they took a look at my car. It turns out, the noise was coming from the runflat tires. Despite being a well-known problem with self-supporting runflat tires, I had no idea this was such a common occurrence (I never used runflats before). Chris had my car checked out anyway, explained everything to me, and got my car back to me the next day with a $0.00 bill. Although I feel like an idiot, Bruce and especially Chris deserve a lot of credit here. They were very professional and didn't even laugh at me! I'm an idiot, but these guys are not. All jokes aside, my experience with this service department was extremely positive. More
