Easiest 90 Minutes EVER! Over the course of my professional and personal life the number of vehicles purchased for these two sides of my existence is frightening. It easily ex Over the course of my professional and personal life the number of vehicles purchased for these two sides of my existence is frightening. It easily exceeds 50 and may be closer to 100. (Admittedly I have a large family and yes I am getting on in years.) I found my vehicle On Line and in so doing was introduced to Roswell Infiniti. The decision to purchase was made quickly as it was over the phone and at some distance as well.( My residence is nearly 5 hours away. ) They answered my questions directly and professionally. I returned the treatment in kind answering their questions openly and honestly. (This is always the easy part as its all over the phone.) A few days later I drove the 5 hours to their facility to drop off my trade and pick up my purchase. I did have a bit of anxiety given the fact over the decades I've experienced most of the games dealers have at their disposal to employ. The only tool available to me was to leave and not purchase the vehicle. I walked in the door and was greeted by my internet sales person Kristen Chernik. She was exactly as pictured - personable - professional and welcoming. Kristen introduced me to Christian Puglisi who would orchestrate the test drive and answer any of my in store questions. He was from the same mold as Kristen - engaging, professional and courteous. We finished the test drive / inspection and I was introduced to their finance person - Reggie Johnson. Another wonderful repeat of courtesy and professionalism . His documents were ready and in order and 15 minutes later we were shaking hands goodbye! Singularly the best, smoothest and drama free auto buying experience of my life! Thank you all ! I'll remember that 90 minutes for a very long time to come! More

Elizabeth, an amazing sales professional, executed flawlessly with Derrick Baker monitoring at a comfortable distance to insure the process progressed to our satisfaction. In less than two hours, my wife drove home in a new QX60. The financial processing was the most efficient and painless I have ever experienced thanks to the World Class efforts of Reginald Johnson. It is also important to note that an issue arose regarding a miscommunication on an option later that day. Both Derrick and Elizabeth had the issue rectified before the close of business. So all I had to do when I arrived was test drive the car and sign the papers! The whole process took not more than an hour. He even drove me home in my new car so that he could pick up my trade-in!
